What Employees like about Microsoft UK

Culture
Good flexibility and smart co-workers, in a supportive environment focused on getting the very challenging job done

Culture
A great company to work for that promotes it's culture beyond the boundaries of the organisation.

Purpose
I love the approach Microsoft has. It really lets me get on with what I do best.

People & Community
The people at Microsoft are the best in the industry, but the culture at work, the growth mindset and culture is something that you won't find anywhere else.

Benefits
Microsoft doesn't just make the right noises but it delivers in terms of flexible working and employee health and benefits.

Working Environment
Come as you are, do what you love. Flexible working times, flexibility re office/ home/ client. I am really happy.

Working Environment
We are empowered to find the right flexibility for our own unique scenario. However, managers need to have more conversations with each of their team members as to what flexibility looks like for them as individuals and then as a team conversation about what the team needs. Otherwise, I think we are extremely fortunate, as a working mum, I don't think I could find as much flexibility elsewhere.

Purpose
I love working here! Proud to be an employee

Culture
Flexibility and culture is what I love the most

Inclusion
As a full-time working mom of two young children, flexibility is incredibly beneficial for me as it enables me to effectively juggle work and family's needs, including my children's school and activities.
