Job Description

Overview

The Studios Quality team at Xbox Game Studios is looking for a Quality Engineer who wants to make a big impact on the quality of the next generation of XGS titles. This role will balance the efficient use of manual test teams, innovative automation, data and telemetry. You’ll work directly with your quality team, game studio, and the wider organisation with the responsibility to identify opportunity for advancing our overall quality strategy.

Developing excellent partnerships with our studios, you will work with them to advocate having quality built into the game during the various development cycle stages, while also representing the player and identifying risks to their experience.

As the voice of quality, you'll need to ensure we maintain an effective and optimal approach and clearly communicate test coverage and feature health to a wide audience.

As a member of the centralized Studios Quality organisation, you will take both successes and failures as learning opportunities that can be shared with the wider team to help us grow our approaches to quality throughout Xbox Game Studios.
