Today, we're getting to know our Enterprise Account Executive, Katia Lin. Katia has always been a fast learner, so when she found herself in sales early in her career, she embraced the challenge with open arms. Prior to joining Multiverse, Katia excelled in Enterprise Sales roles at Zoom in the UK, and Axiom in the US. Here at Multiverse, Katia feels her individual impact is more profound, thanks to being part of a smaller and highly driven team. She relishes the feeling of accomplishment from building an enterprise client portfolio from scratch, as well as working on significant projects with her clients. One of which delivered so much impact that she was invited to their board meeting - massive! For Katia, our sales team stands out due to its focus on transformative, life-changing products and the ability to engage in strategic conversations with C-Suite leaders. She has also grown exponentially in the role and loved the opportunity to learn quickly and master our methodical sales process. Now, she sees every challenge as an opportunity for growth. One of her favourite quotes is: "failure and success live next door to each other, neither of them have a number, you just knock" - she's learned to be fearless in knocking on either door at Multiverse. With the support of her Regional Director Emily Challenor and Alister Tier, who she sees as the best sales operations leader in the game, she continues to stay driven and supported in her role. One of Katia's many fun facts is that she used to be a competitive skater and still makes time to enjoy the rink in Hyde Park!
