Ki
Ki is the biggest global insurance tech company in the Lloyd’s of London marketplace
Ki announced its creation in 2020 and launched publicly in 2021 as the first, and one of the largest tech-driven specialty insurance companies in the Lloyd’s of London marketplace that year.
We brought the first algorithmic underwriting approach to the London Marketplace, and wrote over $400m worth of premium in our first year, and over $800m in our second year.

What Employees like about Ki

Employee review
Most of the people I work with are fantastic people - that's what I love about the working environment.

Employee review
I love working at Ki!

Employee review
Amazing culture, everyone's opinions matter irrelevant of job level or seniority.

Employee review
Ki trusts the people it has hired to do the work necessary to make the business succeed. As such, employees are afforded a great level of flexibility and a fantastic work-life balance. I could not fault Ki in this respect and it's one of the things I love most about the company.

Employee review
Culturally the work environment at Ki is the best I have experienced in many years. People are respectful of their colleagues and the environment is fun and collaborative, with team members being supported and trusted to get the work done. The environment is inclusive and there is a focus on bringing more diversity into the team. There is flexibility about how much time is spent in the office, with the guideline of being there 50% of the time, but often I find it helpful to be there more often to engage with team members.
