Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Director, Performance Operations, this is a pivotal role in optimising the operations and efficiency of our Delivery organisation. The individual will use data analytics, organization and process management skills to improve Multiverse’s operations.

Specifically, You Will:

  • Coordinate and quality assure large team communication & reporting forums across Delivery to increase change adoption, transparency and collaboration.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards for the Delivery team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support the execution of daily operations.

  • Assess and analyse data to develop and determine strategies for accelerating progress, proactively identify areas for improvement, and deliver on roadmap priorities and team OKRs

  • Support with ad-hoc strategic project management within Delivery including research and coordination.

  • Complete ad hoc analysis in support of continuous improvement efforts (as opposed to D&I functional and upward reporting)

  • Codify standards for projects (templates, processes, etc), pilots and experiments

  • Work with leaders to assess project plans and identify testing opportunities based on research and analysis

  • Establish and maintain a centralised roadmap for pilots, experiments and projects within Delivery

  • Manage the combined delivery & ops action plans / OKRs as a comprehensive execution tracker and unified view of all initiatives with Delivery.

  • Analyse business performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Manage the Operations teams Coda hub ensuring that all content is up-to-date and accessible.

About You:

  • 4+ years of professional work experience; ideally 2+ year of experience within a project management and data analyst role

  • You have a background in creating data insights and metrics that aid process improvement - able to take a project from concept, through planning and implementation, and into execution as an operational process

  • You are results orientated with a data-driven approach. You’re comfortable using data to drive decision making and hold people accountable and achieve outstanding results.

  • You embody strong problem solving skills with resilience and determination to deliver results

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to work effectively with people at all levels, in all departments both internally and externally.

  • You own your own development and role model best practice in everything you do.

  • You are energised by uncovering the root-cause of complex challenges and work creatively to design impactful solutions that last.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to do go the extra mile to get the job done - Multiverse is just setting up core operating processes, and it’s likely you’ll have the opportunity to chart the best path forward rather than rely on a playbook, you’ll need to effectively set and manage competing priorities
