Job Description

Our Mission

We're not your average benefits platform; we're the unordinary force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology is the link that connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: we're here to create a world where everything operates at its very best, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need to live life to the fullest, both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

We’re looking for a Product Marketer who cares deeply about product and storytelling. This is an opportunity to join an early marketing team with a lot of room for growth. Through your work, you will have a direct impact on how companies care for their people, and help us take Ben to the next level — larger companies, new countries, new product lines!

As our Senior Product Marketing Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to take charge of positioning & messaging, market & customer research and sales enablement across the company - working with Marketing, Sales and Product on a daily basis. You’ll enjoy a lot of autonomy to shape and be the voice of Ben to help make our product truly stand out among the competition and be crystal clear to our prospective customers and partners. Our team is small, which means a high level of ownership, and responsibility.

What you'll be working on...

  • Develop and constantly improve our product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation to appeal to our ideal customer profile

  • Work closely with Marketing & Sales on collateral for effective enablement and funnel nurturing to improve pipeline conversion and velocity

  • Work with Marketing, Sales and Product to produce quality product storytelling - be the voice of Ben across our business

  • Gather and use customer and market research to drive effective messaging and influence product strategy

  • Own and improve all product-related content, including our website, emails, blog posts, webinars, product videos, and more

  • Lead product launches, working with the entire Marketing, Product, and Sales teams

You should apply if you have...

  • Experience having established/been part of establishing product marketing as a function in a B2B SaaS business

  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail, driving projects end-to-end and across functions

  • Deep experience owning positioning and messaging for a product or line of products with a high level of complexity

  • Proven track record of partnering with Marketing & Sales to generate and convert pipelines through effective sales enablement and funnel nurturing

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication

  • Hands-on experience with market and customer research to gather data about target personas, positioning, messaging and creative, and validation of results through various forms of testing

  • Bonus: Experience working on products and positioning in HR Tech or related fields
