Hi I'm Nelson, the CEO and Co-Founder at HowNow 👋🏾. We're looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join us. It’s a really exciting time - last year, we saw our ARR and headcount grow by 50%, launched a number of head-turning campaigns, and signed our biggest ever customer.

Our pipeline is almost completely created by marketing so it’s fair to say we take marketing seriously. Our priorities are to win on brand, deliver on the promise and become the most loved learning company on the planet.

You’ll be a data-driven marketeer, who has experience across the full-marketing mix, including paid media advertising, content marketing, social media, webinars and events, to continue building brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue.

Day-to-day tasks will include 📩

  • You’ll develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing & demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads, brand awareness and pipeline growth.
  • You’ll work across a diverse channel mix, including paid advertising SEO/SEO (managed in-house), content marketing and social media, webinars and events to design and execute a data-led campaign that drives sales pipeline
  • You’ll own and optimise the entire lead generation funnel, from top-of-funnel awareness to bottom-of-funnel conversion.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product and Content Marketing, Sales and Customer Success, to align demand generation initiatives with business goals.
  • You’ll utilise a data-driven approach to continually analyse campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimise tactics for maximum ROI.
  • You’ll develop compelling content and messaging tailored to target audiences and buyer personas.

The key things that we will be looking for in applicants 🔑

  • You have experience in leading the execution of demand generation strategies in B2B Marketing/SaaS
  • You have experience with Paid Marketing channels
  • You have experience driving results via multi-channel marketing (SEO, SEM, Paid Social, and Organic)
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • You have passion for experiments and data: strong analytical skills with the ability to delve into the detail as well as see the bigger picture.
  • You are experienced with marketing automation and CRM systems, preferably Hubspot which is what we’re currently using
