THE ROLE:

Working with the Head of Marketing to implement the strategy and execute our B2B demand generation
campaigns across all channels, including website, email, conferences, events, memberships, media outreach and social.

We are looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to manage all marketing to acquire new business by guiding them through the sales funnel. The role will also work with the client growth team to develop existing clients. We require a B2B marketing manager to build and manage all relevant end to end marketing campaigns across a variety of digital channels and partnerships to drive revenue.

For this role, you will be both a creative and quantitative thinker with the ability to write marketing copy and work closely with sales to write and produce key market messaging. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques across all marketing channels. Your goal will be to develop and implement the most profitable campaigns to position and promote the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • ·Own and grow our brand to ensure it is consistent at every single customer touch point.
  • ·Ownership of our marketing campaigns from conception to execution, utilising a blend of marketing channels to encourage the adoption of our products. For both prospects and existing clients.
  • Manage our online presence, including the company website, social media, and email marketing.
  • Create promotional material, company literature, and all digital assets.
  • Plan and execute various virtual and in-person events, including webinars and customer roundtables, Ensure these events are seamlessly woven into our overall marketing strategy.
  • Design and implement targeted email nurture programs. This involves planning campaigns, creating content, segmenting audiences, scheduling and ongoing analysis to optimise engagement and conversion.
  • Write strong marketing copy for the above.
  • Work closely with other departments (particularly the sales function) to continuously refine our marketing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Finding and implementing new and better ways to drive growth through utilising the latest tech and tactics in the industry
  • Conduct insightful market research to understand what our clients are looking for and what competitors are doing.
  • ·Manage and nurture relationships with external suppliers and partners
  • Optimise marketing acquisition: reducing the cost and acquiring the best customers for the business. Regular reporting on findings.
  • ·Use marketing intelligence, customer insight & analysis to understand our audiences and the effectiveness of the campaigns and adjust tactics as needed to reach business goals. Adjust our messaging accordingly.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:

  • ·Excellent understanding of full marketing mix
  • ·Strong understanding of all relevant marketing channels: digital (search, display, social, mobile) and email marketing
  • Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing
  • Ability to write strong marketing copy/messaging
  • ·Excellent communication skills
  • ·Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
  • Likely 3-5 years experience in a B2B data-driven and or digital marketing role
  • Experience working with partnerships
  • Experience with campaign execution from concept to reporting
  • Good knowledge of marketing technology tools such as Google Analytics, Hubspot and WordPress
  • A strong grasp of web analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven (performance) marketing
  • Commercially driven and customer centric
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
  • A keen thirst to learn and maximise from the use of the latest technologies including third party apps, internal apps and AI.
  • Preferably (but not essential) previous experience of working in marketing for a training business.
