Since I joined HowNow I have felt autonomous and independent to create processes, implement new ideas and manage my workload. This along with the right support from my manager has enabled me to thrive during my time in the company.
Psychological safety and inclusivity are excellent, we all have a voice and we all matter. Plus our work environment is very flexible and provides us with great work-life balance.
I'm trusted to do my work in how I work best. Even though we have two team days in the office, if I have lots of calls that week there is no expectation for me to go in. I like going in as we have a social team and I enjoy their company.

Enter HowNow. Founded in 2019, this is the problem our Learning Experience Platform is solving. It’s disrupting the way people learn and grow at work through technology. Whether it's finding a quick answer, building a skill, or tapping into shared knowledge, we make it easy for people to learn what they need, when they need it.
On the back of our Series-A funding, the next stage of our ambitious journey begins. Already used by fast-growing scaleups and global enterprises, such as Checkout.com, Depop and Investec, we’re pushing the boundaries of how people learn.
Flexible working at HowNow
Our HQ is in Shoreditch, London, where you'll find all our non-tech teams 🏡
We aim to be in 2x a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) to collaborate in person as we see benefit in meeting IRL.
Although, some of us are in less, and some of us are in more.
We trust our employees to get the job done, rather than holding you to being at a desk at certain times on certain days. So if for some reason, you're not able to come in on those days, we get it and it's totally okay.
Approach to diversity & inclusion
EDI is a big talking point for us at HowNow. We're a new People and Talent team (most of us have joined in the last few months due to growth) so we're still at the very beginning of building out our EDI strategy, and exactly what that looks like at HowNow. We're a diverse team in many ways, but are far from perfect, and are currently putting processes in place to maintain, and develop a more inclusive company as we grow. We welcome and encourage diverse applications, and are more than happy to make adjustments when required, so please let us know if there's anything that's required.
What do we think of HowNow?
