Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. In this role, you’ll research accounts, qualify and engage with prospective clients, and build pipeline to generate new business opportunities. You’ll partner closely with our Sales & Marketing team to create targeted lists, define outbound strategies, iterate on messaging, and track and measure results. The successful candidate will be able to build relationships with prospects and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.

Specifically, you will:

  • Research, source, and qualify new leads across target accounts to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline

  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels (email, phone call, video, events, social media) to introduce Multiverse and identify new business opportunities

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and the sales team

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement account plans, inbound/outbound strategies, and ensure a seamless hand-over of business opportunities

  • Understand the challenges your prospective customers face related to digital transformation and capacity, capability, and diversity, and learn to position the Multiverse solution appropriately

  • Learn the world-class Multiverse GTM playbook supported by industry-leading sales training and a true development culture

  • Establish new processes and support tool exploration where possible to improve pipeline management and tracking

About you

  • 1-2 years of ADR/BDR/SDR experience, preferably in a fast-growing, global B2B tech/SaaS environment

  • You’ll thrive on working to and exceeding targets and know what it takes to land new business opportunities

  • You align closely with our values and can share examples of how you have demonstrated them

  • You are proactive, ambitious, and motivated by rapid development, wanting to learn from the best

  • You are organised, have strong attention to detail, and are able to prioritise effectively

  • You’ll have excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, problem-solve, and influence C-level to C-2 business leaders.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
