What you'll be doing:

As Camunda’s Pipeline and Talent Engine, the Account Development Representative will ignite their passion for enterprise technology sales as you become the tip of the spear in driving transformative change across the largest companies in the world. Our Account Development team generates and qualifies opportunities to help acquire new business and expand our most strategic customers.

As an ADR, your contribution will be instrumental to Camunda’s growth and your learning path from the Account Executives you partner with, your ADR peers, your managers, and your sales leaders will help you grow quickly as a professional. After a successful period of 18-24 months, your career will exponentially grow as you can transition into roles such as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, Partner Manager, and more.

*This is a remote role and can be based anywhere where we are eligible to hire, please find a list of available countries here. Most of the customers that you’ll work with are based in the AMER region, an overlap in working hours is required.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prospect and qualify new business deals with large-sized organizations, leveraging your strategic insight to cultivate them into dedicated Camunda partners
  • Continually build a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Collaborate alongside Account Executives to identify new prospects and qualify customers in order to build pipeline and drive deals
  • Approach with customized “Why You/ Why Now” message
  • Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of outbound communications, both scaled as well as strategic
  • Conduct qualification calls and meetings with prospective customers
  • Identify and champion high-impact use cases within existing customers, driving pipeline in other departments beyond initial deployment
  • Partner seamlessly with sales, marketing, and customer success teams, contributing to a dynamic ecosystem of excellence
  • Craft prospect and expansion strategies, analyze trends, and find solutions that unlock untapped potential
  • Leverage customer data and industry insights to identify outbound opportunities
  • Track and measure key metrics, continuously refining your approach to maximize engagement and value realization

What You Bring:

  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

Compensation

For external hires, we consider the skills and experience of the incoming candidate, but typically place candidates in the first half of the range to ensure ample room for growth over the entire lifecycle of the role.

Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role. To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $82,700.00 to $153,600.00
  • Germany: €55,000.00 to €102,100.00
  • United Kingdom: £53,600.00 to £99,500.00
  • Singapore: S$102,700.00 to S$190,700.00

If you are outside one of these countries, you would be employed by our Preferred Employer Organization (PEO), Remote. After applying for the role and speaking with one of our Talent Acquisition Partners, you will be provided a link to access the Camunda Total Rewards Calculator which will outline the Total Cash range for your country.
