Instant Impact

Recruitment

We are building something special at Instant Impact. We're reinventing outdated recruitment and RPO models by taking a truly people-focused approach. Our team always comes first, and that's why we put so much emphasis on career development, L&D, and diversity.

Remote-first – We have an Office

Fully flexible hours

We need to ask employees of Instant Impact how satisfied they are with flexible working before we verify the company FlexScore® and compile employee satisfaction ratings

Based on 46 employee responses

The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options Instant Impact provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure Instant Impact is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

Employee reviews

Instant Impact's employees have anonymously had their say in what they think of the company

I am part of the completely remote employees, and my company has put measures in place to ensure that we are supported in any way possible. There is no time where I am not able to get support from my colleagues. There is open door policy from leadership down to employees to ensure that everyone feels comfortable to ask any questions or make contributions. The company sets up quarterly socials to ensure that employees get to spend some time together on a social basis. The socials are an extension of weekly 15 minutes sessions in smaller groups that are meant for employees to get together virtually and talk about anything besides work. Employees can request Mondays off for self-enrichment and these do not come off their annual leave. On this day you decide what you want to do to enrich yourself away from work.

This is my favourite company of my career so far. I have more than 12 years of experience, and I can say for sure that Instant Impact is an absolutely fantastic company to work for.

Excellent forward thinking business. Senior leadership are not stuck in archaic-times and practice what they preach in terms of flexibility and work/life balance.

Instant impact is extremely flexible and allows employees to work at their own pace/time, while still maintaining a life outside of work. Our colleagues are amazing and friendly, too!

Instant Impact are very welcoming with flexible working and giving us employees a great work life balance.

We operate an extremely open, flexible environment where we have some staff members regularly using an office down to preference, others who split their week evenly and some that work fully remotely due to preference or living situation

We're so lucky to have the level of trust and flexibility which we have at Instant Impact. The SLT are great role models for flexible working, and are especially flexible for parents within the business! We have a work from anywhere policy which we can utilise, along with other great benefits.

I love the freedom and flexibility we have here. You are able to manage your calendar as you see fit which is amazing.
