Job Description

Working closely with our CRM Engineering team (MarTech), our Senior Delivery Manager will hold an integral role in the delivery of all of our customer focused projects. Utilising our innovative technology and platforms (GCP and Braze) you will work with team members & colleagues across the business, driving our forward our agile approach!

What your daily life will look like:

  • Work collaboratively with CRM Solutions and CRM Strategy, Product and Tech, Data Engineering and Data Scientists to identify user cases and to clarify needs and requirements
  • Drive prioritisation of multiple stakeholder requests
  • Mentor team on delivering outcomes sustainably
  • Lead Agile practice day to day, including ceremonies while focusing on continuously improving ways of working
  • Build close working relationships with Braze Customer Success Managers, audit upcoming features to find candidates for implementation and ensure adoption is well understood
  • Work with the team to define best practices around using Braze and related ecosystem ​
  • Compile success stories and use these to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders to further adopt Braze
  • Design and streamline processes, using colleague feedback to constantly improve them

What do we need from you?

  • Confirmed success understanding user needs and coordinating business requirements gathering and analysis, planning, monitoring execution and tracking resolution of issues
  • An understanding of MarTech, Data and Tech architecture across multiple systems and the application to Customer Journeys
  • Proven success developing positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders incl. Exec level, with an ability to clearly communicate sophisticated concepts to a technical and non-technical audience
  • Proven success overcoming obstacles and delivering the critical path
  • Experience leading on adoption of Agile standard processes, mentoring teams as required
  • Proven success guiding programmes/initiatives from ambiguous problem space to resolution, identifying relevant participants and ensuring prioritisation and completion
