We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager who’s committed to delivering products that cut through the complexities of digital transformation and bring valuable business visions to life.

Fixed-term contract 6 months + (with the possibility of extension and/or joining permanently)

Salary: £50k (pro rata)

The Opportunity:

  • Our Mission:Become the most respected technology consultancy in the world, leading the industry in innovation and client satisfaction.
  • Your Mission: Become an expert on the client’s business and product strategy, evaluating them and if needs be, challenging them
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and collaborate with our UX research and design team to ensure that mobile and web products are intuitive, accessible, and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Structure and articulate the client’s requirements so that they can be clearly understood by both the client and our team, ensuring an outstanding user experience and focussing on measurable business success.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and cross-functional work relationship between Design, Engineering and Commercial teams to deliver on hedgehog lab’s strategy.
  • Ownership. The product is yours, you're the client's champion. You're 100% responsible for ensuring the client (and their customers’) needs are understood and met.
  • Support pitching and strategy for new clients, while actively building and nurturing strategic partnerships with our existing clients to foster ongoing growth and strong relationships.

About you:

  • Experience in Product Management at a senior level
  • Familiarity with agile development methods such as Scrum.
  • Experience of building and fostering long-term business relationships at all levels.
  • Empathy for clients leading change and innovation in big companies.
  • Experience of taking a lead role in planning and facilitating client meetings/workshops and other initiatives.
  • A passion for product innovation, design and development.
  • An insightful approach to new business strategy and strategic growth.

Our interview process:

Stage 1️⃣ - Introductory call with our Talent Acquisition advisor, Holly (30 minutes)

Stage 2️⃣ - Interview via Google Meets with 3 members of the team; Head of Product, Toby, Product Lead, Ben and Head of Delivery, Paul (60 minutes)
