The flexibility at LucaNet is really one of a kind and lived throughout all levels of the organization.

I have never had so much flexibility as with LucaNet. There is a lot of emphasis on deliverables and being available for projects, but otherwise there is a lot of freedom. My favorite benefit is being able to work from abroad. For example, you can escape the German winter and recharge your batteries abroad to rock projects with full energy and then relax on the beach.

At LucaNet we don’t have core working hours, we can work from home, onsite or hybrid. we can also temporarily work from anywhere in the world. I hope the company will keep all of these benefits and won’t EVER think of charging the employees for workations for example, because that would be detrimental. But the status quo is reaaaally flexible and empowers me as a working parent to not have to sacrifice family time for work, but be able to fully commit to both.

At LucaNet we simplify finance. With our Financial Performance Management software, our clients can plan their finances, create consolidated financial statements, and generate reports at the press of a button.

Flexible working at LucaNet

LucaFlex works under a framework that allows all employees at LucaNet to work where and when they work best. There is no core working time, overtime can be built up and reduced over the course of the calendar year.

We are remote-friendly and still use our offices or flexible other locations to work collaboratively and creatively. That's why we don't work 100% remotely.
