Flexible working at Moneysupermarket Group

We recognise that a culture of flexibility will enable our colleagues to be at their best and where possible, we want you to feel empowered to work in a way that suits you!

We have always been a hybrid working organisation, but since Covid impacted everyone's ways of working, we decided to rethink things. We put together a working group of colleagues from across the organisation, to understand how our teams & colleagues work best. The outcome was our current flexible working approach, where we ask colleagues to spend 40% of their month in the office (on average 2 days per week). We chose to base this across the month, as we understand that every role and every week is different!

Typical office days are Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday, depending on the team and office you are based in, but our offices are open 5 days a week for all colleagues to use!

Our working days have core hours of 10-3.30, but outside of this colleagues can flex their start & finish times, to what suits them and their work/life balance best.

We also offer all colleagues the opportunity to work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year. This can be taken all at once, or in smaller chunks, giving you the flexibility to choose where you work.

From equal parental leave (6 months at full pay), to work pattern flexibility and proactive mental health support we welcome everyone regardless of their background, age, ethnicity, gender identity or learning preference. One of the key ways of developing our culture of inclusion are our Employee Resource Groups. Celebrating our differences, they focus on a range of topics, from mental and physical wellbeing to balanced representation, employee voice and the environment. They raise awareness through topical events such as Pride, mental health, neurodiversity and reducing carbon footprint, and over 10% of all our people are involved in one of our groups.
