As a working parent the company offer the flexibility I need to support my family and not miss those moments that matter.

Overall company culture and flexibility is great. I'm able to be flexible with my working hours to balance my work-life balance, for example starting later so that i can find time to exercise in the morning.

Passionate about our purpose, we’re driven to help our customers and users save money, every day. So we value willpower, and the tenacity to take on challenges and push ideas through. In return, we’ve created an environment where those with spirit and drive will really shine.

We’re open-minded and value differences and opinions. We work hard to make sure everyone feels they belong. And we’re committed to creating an environment where our people can excel both professionally and personally.

Driven by our customers and users, the market and each other, we work hard. But it’s worth it. Because even better than the flexibility, support and career growth is the feeling we get from seeing the impact we have on millions of customers’ and users’ lives.

What we do together is beyond comparison. What have you done today to go beyond?

Flexible working at Moneysupermarket Group

We recognise that a culture of flexibility will enable our colleagues to be at their best and where possible, we want you to feel empowered to work in a way that suits you!

We have always been a hybrid working organisation, but since Covid impacted everyone's ways of working, we decided to rethink things. We put together a working group of colleagues from across the organisation, to understand how our teams & colleagues work best. The outcome was our current flexible working approach, where we ask colleagues to spend 40% of their month in the office (on average 2 days per week). We chose to base this across the month, as we understand that every role and every week is different!

Typical office days are Tuesday & Wednesday or Wednesday & Thursday, depending on the team and office you are based in, but our offices are open 5 days a week for all colleagues to use!

Our working days have core hours of 10-3.30, but outside of this colleagues can flex their start & finish times, to what suits them and their work/life balance best.

We also offer all colleagues the opportunity to work from anywhere for 2 weeks a year. This can be taken all at once, or in smaller chunks, giving you the flexibility to choose where you work.

Approach to diversity & inclusion

Ours is an inclusive environment, where everyone can be their true selves and where everyone’s voice is valued. This diversity of thought—and of different perspectives—helps us thrive as individuals and together as a team. It fosters creativity; driving the innovation that saves our customers money. And it represents the diversity of customers we’re here to help.

From equal parental leave (6 months at full pay), to work pattern flexibility and proactive mental health support we welcome everyone regardless of their background, age, ethnicity, gender identity or learning preference. We offer an inclusive workplace, ensuring that you're fully supported to bring your whole self to work and deliver your best.

One of the key ways of developing our culture of inclusion are our Employee Resource Groups. Celebrating our differences, they focus on a range of topics, from mental and physical wellbeing to balanced representation, employee voice and the environment. They raise awareness through topical events such as Pride, mental health, neurodiversity and reducing carbon footprint, and over 10% of all our people are involved in one of our groups. And there’s always room for more! You can read more about our ERG's here.

Things we are proud of:

  • FTSE Women Leaders Report 2023 - MSMG ranked 1st in the Technology sector across both FTSE 350 and Top 50 Private Companies.
  • 5th overall in FTSE 250 for Women on Boards and Leadership. A highlight in the report being our fourth consecutive year running in the top 10.
