Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE
New Guards Group is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Regulatory Specialist to join the eyewearbusiness unit and play a vital role to contribute with your expertise to the regulatory compliance ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance of our eyewear products for our customers worldwide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Interpreting and applying regulatory requirements;
  • Preparing regulatory filings and registrations;
  • Staying informed on regulatory changes;
  • Ensuring compliance of labeling and marketing materials;
  • Supporting quality management systems and risk mitigation;
  • Acting as a liaison with regulatory agencies;
  • Maintaining comprehensive regulatory documentation.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree in a relevant scientific or technical field (e.g., law, medicine, pharmacy, engineering) along with at least 1 year of professional experience in the field of regulation or quality management systems related to medical devices.
  • OR 4+ years of professional experience in the field of regulation or quality management systems related to medical devices, within the eyewear industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Experience with regulatory submissions and agency interaction.
