Our Program Management team sits within the Product organization and we are responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our initiatives as well as improving the processes that teams operate in.

As Senior Technical Program Manager, you will contribute to the delivery of our products by leading both key cross-functional programs and driving improvements to how our teams operate. You will be responsible for impacting strategy, creating programs and managing the lifecycle of those programs, including identifying requirements and resources, uncovering risks and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure that milestones are met on time.

You have strong leadership skills and extensive experience in program management within a fast-paced environment. When facing complexity, you are able to guide your peers forward towards a consensus. This would also mean that you are an excellent communicator and can lead without authority.

You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams who continuously improve our products, so while you’re not required to have deep technical knowledge, experience managing technical dependencies is a must, as you will need to facilitate between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure that cross-functional plans are well understood and delivered.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the lifecycle of our product and engineering programs, including: requirements, milestones, success criteria, budget and schedules, communication and stakeholders.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to identify strategic opportunities, create and deliver programs that have business impact

  • Coordinating the work of cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones are met and communicating timelines and status to stakeholders

  • Engage in technical conversations with our product development teams, coordinate the development of new technologies with our engineers and ensure timely delivery.

  • Autonomously identify and resolve areas of operational efficiency or complex problems that deliver value, while ensuring that best practices are followed and a strong team culture is maintained.

What we are looking for:

  • 5-7 years experience in technical program management with the ability to deal with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • A track record of delivering programs on time with the ability to negotiate trade-offs on scope, timeline and resourcing with stakeholders

  • A strategic mindset and the ability to focus on the bigger picture

  • An ability to turn chaos into order by identifying and delivering on process improvements

  • An ability to both focus on the bigger picture and zoom into the detail of problems

  • Mastery with standard project management procedures and tools

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
