The Senior FP&A Analyst is part of the FP&A team who all report directly to the Senior Director FP&A. This role has the FP&A responsibilities for WeTransfers’ SAAS revenue, which means you will be the business partner for the product and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Financial business partner to SAAS revenue owners (Product and Marketing teams)

  • Partner closely with the finance team cross-functional across to ensure alignment on priorities and direction of business activities.

  • Lead the monthly and annual planning process for your departments

  • Using the data to model out insightful revenue analysis to help drive commercial decision making

  • Identify and act on opportunities to automate, streamline and improve reporting, analysis, and budgeting procedures.

  • Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and risks to factually inform management decisions.

  • Support on ad hoc analysis and business cases to help us make well informed and modelled decisions

Skills, experience, and professional qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Relevant professional experience in a corporate finance, accounting, and financial planning & analysis work environment.

  • Advanced in excel with specific experience in building robust financial models.

  • Expert critical thinking skills and understanding of budgeting, planning and projection processes.

  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Ability to meet and manage deadlines effectively and autonomously.

  • Self-motivated and self-directed, with a positive attitude.

  • Accurate, expert attention to detail and with a confidence level for complex problem solving and analysis.

  • Familiarity with various ERP systems (TM1 is a pre).
