The FlexScore® is the result of a rigorous 2-step verification of a company’s flexibility

First we assess the flexibility options FitXR provides and then we anonymously survey a statistically significant proportion of their employees to make sure FitXR is as flexible as they say they are. Our assessment is based on the six key elements of flexibility: location, hours, autonomy, benefits, role modelling and work-life balance.

We ask the hard questions so you don’t have to.

Flexible working at FitXR

We run a remote-first strategy, with a deep commitment to ensuring that we are a truly flexible place to work. Our remote-first strategy enables people to be employed in the US, UK and Spain, as well as supporting EOR arrangements in non-employable countries. We operate core hours 10am to 4.30pm UK time (or within your time zone). Finally, we are open for roles to be considered on a part-time basis, within a job share, or with a flexible work schedule.

We offer a flexible benefits policy which allows for working parents to discuss what matters most to them and build a plan that aligns with their needs e.g. reduced hours, different work schedule split parental leave.

In addition to these fantastic benefits, we also offer our employees unlimited annual leave, stock options, a £400 work from home allowance, enhanced parental leave, bi-annual company retreat and more.

What do we think of FitXR?

The COVID-19 pandemic has made us big fans of a home workout, so I'm really pleased that FitXR have joined us on the Flexa platform. As a fellow remote-first company, we're really impressed by their approach to flexibility, particularly going the extra mile with wellness and learning budgets (the latter from our friends at Learnerbly!).

Meet who might be hiring you

We're here on a clear mission to make fitness fun, we are relentlessly driven by this mission often obsessing about fitness, tech and inclusivity.

We get to work on some really cool technology, from the latest VR advances to Mixed Reality and R&D projects.

We often hire for roles that don't exist in the market, if in doubt get in touch with us.
