Job Description

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is responsible for the financial planning processes, delivering accurate data and insightful analyses in a timely manner to meet Group- and Nordic Management requirements for ad hoc analyses and fixed periodic reports/processes.

You will join the team as our new Finance Business Controller. The role is broad and includes managing & consolidating Overheads for P&L Reporting, acting as a Finance partner to our Ancillaries product area, and handle different types of Group reporting. You will ensure that the organization are kept informed of key financial performance through the provision of relevant and timely analysis. This role will furthermore be involved in delivering the monthly financials, assisting the FP&A Lead and be involved in the annual budget cycle. You will need to collaborate widely with senior stakeholders to continuously align and develop our processes of setting, tracking and visualizing business performance.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage & consolidate Overheads reporting for P&L reporting. Including actuals analysis, forecast and budgeting staff costs & other overhead costs and other ad hoc send outs & analysis
  • Act as partner for our Ancillaries product area, preparing actuals & forecast, and other projects. Prepare material for reporting and support key stakeholders within TUI Nordic
  • Involved in the financial processes (actuals/forecast/budget), ensuring timelines are communicated and delivered
  • Supporting with power point presentations and ad-hoc analysis
  • Handling various tasks supporting FP&A team, including developing & send out specific reports to TUI Group.
  • Ensure continuous improvement and data driven approach to decision making

ABOUT YOU

  • Degree in Finance, Business or similar
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience from financial- and/or business controlling (FP&A)
  • Flair and interest for system and data knowledge. Strong data management skills – MS Excel, MS PPT & other systems and tools, experience of Essbase & SAP is meritorious
  • Driven, curious and solution oriented
  • Structured and used to work independently towards set goals as well as contributing to the success of colleagues in your team
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English in both writing and speech
  • Visualization of data and numbers both through text and word
  • Analytical with a deep financial knowledge and the ability to see the full picture as well as the details
