Content Set-up Executive FTC

Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Content Set-up Executive to join our global Content Management team. You'll play a key role in ensuring our offers across all verticals are set up accurately and maintained effectively, supporting our business targets and keeping our content fresh across all channels. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC)

The role will be advertised until 20th February 2026.

ABOUT THE JOB

• You'll upload and update dates, prices, availabilities, and all relevant information to activate offers across our global portfolio, including EATs, accommodation, multiday tours, and more.
• Working within defined content guidelines and system processes, you'll ensure all offers are compliant and accurate before they go live.
• Once offers are live, you'll maintain them to ensure information stays current and available across all channels, monitoring performance to align with our business strategy.
• You'll collaborate closely with other Content Management teams to report system issues, process gaps, supplier concerns, and overall business needs.
• Managing your time effectively, you'll work with KPIs and targets whilst juggling multiple priorities and adapting quickly when urgencies arise.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, you'll solve on-the-spot issues that could affect our results and actively contribute to group initiatives.
  
  ABOUT YOU
  
• You have proven experience in a similar position such as Content Set-Up or Operations Agent, with excellent knowledge of internal systems and demonstrated practical experience in operational setup.
• Your excellent written and verbal communication skills in English allow you to liaise effectively with global colleagues and stakeholders.
• You're comfortable working independently, taking decisions based on your knowledge, and managing day-to-day tasks with strong attention to detail.
• You have excellent knowledge of Jira, Asterix, and Office tools (including cloud-based spreadsheets), and you're a fast learner who adapts quickly to system and organisational changes.
• You can coordinate several priorities and tight deadlines whilst maintaining flexibility, and you feel confident handling highly confidential information responsibly.
