Job Description
As a Points Partnership Manager, you�ll be responsible for onboarding and managing specific Partner accounts for the Clubcard scheme to drive customer engagement and commercial performance.�

- Identify and deliver new partnership propositions that are relevant to customers and are commercially viable for both Tesco and Partners, aligning with our business needs
- Manage trading performance, and become the go to person for category performance, content deep dives and weekly trade performance�
- Develop joint Clubcard and Partner business and marketing plans. Working with the wider Clubcard and Comms marketing teams to promote always-on and ad-hoc promotional Clubcard Partner propositions
- Set and deliver both Customer and financial KPIs aligned to Clubcard strategic targets
- Take ownership and management of a key pillar for the success of the Clubcard Partner scheme e.g. communications, reporting
- Commercial contract negotiation across medium to large businesses and brands
- Building trusted and sustainable partnerships
- Experience in a commercial environment in a customer facing role.�
- Actively using data and insight to develop motivating propositions and make data driven decisions
- Effective joint business planning and delivery of cross functional projects
- Strong financial acumen with experience of forecasting and cost management
- Briefing marketing and comms activity
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills � able to influence at all levels and drive cross-functional delivery
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills � with comfort working across multiple concurrent workstreams
- A proactive approach to decision-making and continuous improvement
