The BT group operates a 3 together, 2 wherever working model. This means you are required to be at your contractual location 3 days a week with 2 flexible days per week.

The Scope

This role supports the end‑to‑end lifecycle of BT Consumer’s strategic gaming partnerships, helping to secure and execute standout customer experiences that create value for BT and strengthen long‑term relationships with the world’s biggest gaming brands.

It translates partnership agreements into real, high‑quality propositions from onboarding and launch through to performance monitoring and continuous improvement, ensuring BT delivers differentiated experiences across its Consumer channels.

Acting as the operational heartbeat of the Gaming Partnerships portfolio, the role plays a key part in driving commercial performance and enhancing BT’s position in the gaming market.

What you’ll be doing

Driving key partner activities, facilitating weekly partner meetings to progress overall partnership initiatives and business plans.

Owning the weekly cadence of partnerships’ reporting and analysis of Gaming category performance from various sources, translating data into actionable insights and executive level reports for both internal and external use.

Supporting the Gaming Partnerships Marketing Manager in the implementation of partner marketing campaigns in BT’s Consumer channels, ensuring budgets are appropriately sized and tracked with measurable KPIs’.

Leading new product launches, ensuring products are captured on internal roadmaps in good time, and followed through to execution in BT’s Consumer channels.

Ensuring that partner marketing and rebate investments are appropriately tracked to enable Procurement, Finance and P&L teams to accurately report claims

Supporting the implementation of ways to improve working processes within the area of partnerships management.

Skills and Experience Needed

Experience managing external partners or customers throughout a commercial lifecycle that includes onboarding and launching new products.

Experience analysing data to make insight-driven recommendations to improve performance.

Experience marketing propositions and products, ideally in Gaming, with an understanding of both physical and digital products (including subscriptions).

An understanding of consumer facing platforms, customers and strategy, and ideally having knowledge of how Gaming contributes to commerical success.

Demonstratable commercial acumen, with the ability to understand value drivers, assess tradeoffs and make commercially sound decisions.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, influencing effectively across varied teams, and navigating negotiations confidently to reach mutually valuable outcomes.
