Use dashboards, AI-assisted analytics and reports to turn data into clear, actionable stories, ensuring insights are communicated transparently and support accountability, alignment, and informed decision-making across teams.
Proactively surface insights on how channels and touchpoints contribute to performance, enabling informed discussions and alignment across teams, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization and key journey drop-offs.
Collaborate across functions to prioritize analytics efforts, connect perspectives, and support organizational change through data-driven insights.
Use AI tools to speed up insight generation, automate recurring optimization analysis and summarize complex datasets into clear recommendations. Create and maintain prompts, templates, and best practices so Journey Analyst team can reliably self‑serve AI-powered insights.
