    Very proud and grateful to work for 9fin - enjoying my work and team so far.

    Honestly the most fulfilling job I have had. The work is very interesting and the ability to work how and where you want is excellent.

    ‘Family and health come first’ is one of our values — and to make sure we’re offering the best to our employees, we’ve upgraded our offering to parents, with a generous increase to our paid leave package and a suite of holistic benefits.

    We know how important those first few months are as a new parent, so we have increased our paid leave from 18 weeks to 22 weeks for birthing parents, and from 4 weeks to 12 weeks for non-birthing parents. 💙

    Flexible working at 9fin

    At 9fin we understand that we all work differently and many of us have competing priorities in our lives, that we might struggle to balance and so to accommodate this, we offer both hybrid working and flexible working hours.

    Hybrid working means dividing your time between the office and remote working in a way that suits you and your lifestyle. Our teams self organise and some teams have “team days” to better enable this. We have some remote-based colleagues who are invited into the office for specific collaboration, all-hands or social events throughout the year.

    Flexible working hours means we do not prescribe the exact hours that you should be working or measure success by the hours you’re at your desk or online. That said our company culture thrives on collaboration, which means we need a good amount of overlap in all of our days, to allow for meetings and to get team-work completed.


    💡 Core Hours are 10am to 3pm (UK/Remote: BST/GMT, or US/Remote: Eastern Time).

    These are the hours we would like you to be online and available for meetings and collaborative work.


    💪 You can flex your working day around these core hours, so long as you fulfil your contracted working hours each day (8 hours per day for full time employees).
