This role leads the service delivery team responsible for management of the mobility operations and delivering a high-quality cross border move stakeholder experience. The role is accountable for policy governance, compliance (such as tax and immigration), optimising processes, and leveraging specialist technology systems whilst ensuring talent principles remain central to the focus of the programme. The role will drive standardization, harmonization, and automation through partnership with key stakeholders at all levels and external service providers.

  • Functional Expertise:
  • Excellent understanding of risks and complexity associated with cross border moves, eg immigration, tax etc.
  • Subject matter expert in global mobility, solid knowledge of assignment management processes and procedures within a multinational company that employs a sizeable, widely dispersed expatriate population.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead service delivery function owing talent mobility operations ensuring a high-quality mobility experience and efficient service
  • Create clear mobility service delivery identity and communicate purpose and approach to P&O user community
  • Drive proactive partnership with P&O at all levels, emphasizing understanding business user talent agenda’s and linking effective cross border move approaches in support
  • Provide continual sustain and renew understanding of how to best utilise mobility support
  • Provide data insights and analytics upon request summarising themes of segment use of mobility program and discuss strategic improvements to use of investments to support talent objectives
  • Identify best use of technology and other innovative tools and solutions to continually evolve and improve cross border move stakeholder experience
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous development within the Service Delivery Team
  • Champion collaborative approach to process design, balancing global efficiency, compliance, and governance.
  • Oversee policy compliance while sensitively managing exceptions to policy with senior P&O stakeholders
  • Manage relationship with service providers, ensuring SLAs and service levels are met driving continuous improvement
  • Engage Service Delivery Team in proactive partnering with service providers responsible for the move experience of our mobile associate, whilst focusing Service Delivery Team on move mechanics and regulatory compliance
  • Drive global standardisation of operations and process across the three regions reflecting a ‘one Mars mobility’ experience
  • Proactively seek out and implement process and program improvements
  • Ensure swift resolution of any issues, with clear process and documentation
  • In partnership with the Talent Mobility Rewards COE, and other functional teams, leverage data to inform our decision making and develop strategic insights for the segments.
