The Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking and dynamic person to fill the role of our Head of Workplace Experience. As our Head of Workplace Experience you will manage all aspects of the workplace experience for our 800+ employees across 10 countries. In this fundamental role, you will be instrumental in creating an inclusive, productive, and compassionate environment, nurturing a culture that seamlessly blends performance and wellbeing for our global staff.
What you'll do
- Spearhead and develop a cross-functional workplace experience team based in Berlin, Munich and Bucharest.
- Be responsible for the strategic development and operational execution of workplace experiences, including office relocations and moves - with an imminent move for our HQ in Berlin.
- Drive the global strategy and execution for workplace services, real estate, office operations, and environmental health & safety.
- Champion the optimization, digitization, and automation of all workplace processes to enhance the employee experience.
- Act as a critical liaison for both your team members and our internal interfaces, addressing all workplace experience and compliance issues.
- Manage various projects and unique subjects, including the control and coordination of integrating additional subsidiaries.
- Work either remotely or flexibly in Hybrid at one of our locations in Germany.
What you bring to the table
- A proven track record in leading Workplace Experience or Facilities Teams, ideally in global organizations with over 800 employees.
- Experience in international relocations and office moves is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills, a proactive work style, and the ability to work on your own.
- Strong orientation for problem-solving, coupled with the ability to manage and motivate teams in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent German and English language skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
- An adaptable personality that thrives on change and has past evidence of supporting and positively implementing changes.
