Growth Marketing Manager:
Salary: up to £60k basic, 10% annual bonus and share options Location: UK hybrid, would require travel to our London Bridge HQ (we would consider someone to do this role 4 days a week)

About the role We’re looking for a talented and passionate Marketing Manager to join us. This person will head up our Generation team, leading all things lead gen, leveraging intent data, outreach, nurture campaigns, and our website. You’ll work closely with our Community Marketing Manager, Revenue Operations Manager and Sales Team to deliver quality outreach and engagement to bring leads into the nurture funnel.
Our Strategy is based on Demand Generation, so you’ll need to be strong and leveraging content and advertising to engage prospects. You’ll also be accountable for continually improving our website and social media.
About You You’re naturally curious, technically minded (as we leverage a lot of technology) and enjoy working in a team towards a shared goal.
We are a high growth business bucking market trends in a highly competitive industry, which means things move quickly so you need to be comfortable with that. It would help significantly if you’d worked in a solution sales organisation before.
This role will involve (but not limited to):
- Own marketing led sales outreach: You will own sales campaigns, these will be based around research, events and customer success. You will manage the team that delivers new MQLs.
- Support Sales: A big part of the role is working with sales (directly) and the Exec Team to leverage ideas, networks and connections. You’ll help to co-ordinate activity and develop ideas in partnership.
- Own turning intent data into MQLs. You will leverage 6Sense as our intent platform and leverage this to move prospects through from TOTF to BOTF using a combination of advertising (LinkedIn / DSP) and outreach (email or Sales owned call)
- Own the website: Our Website needs some work; we know that, and we will want you to own our website strategy and execute on it. You’ll ensure it’s easy to navigate, there is relevant content, and it is optimised for purpose.
- Own social media (coordination): Your Team will own Social, and support the coordination of posts from generation, community, internal and executive. You’ll track our metrics and make sure we are always improving and competitive.
- Work closely with Revenue Ops: The key to your success will be through the automations, workflows and relevancy you drive through outreach, so you’ll work closely with Rev Ops to make sure processes deliver results.
- Work closely with the Community Manager: The Community Manager (MCM) runs high value events. workshops and community breakfasts, you’ll support these as a channel for lead generation and nurture. On occasion you may run these. The MCM also runs our partnership programme and supports Delivery / Customer Success. You’ll support each other with event campaign execution and increasing overall engagement scores.
- Supporting Content: You’ll be working closely with our content lead and leveraging our own Content GPT. You’ll agree areas that you will cover and work with the rest of the team to ensure consistent messaging, cadence and quality.
- Multi-Brand Co-ordination: At ii we have a sister brand (ImpactX) that delivers HR Executive Search, you’ll be a key point in coordination and deconfliction between the two.
- Helping to execute our Growth strategy: You’ll play a fundamental role in the delivery of our demand generation strategy. You’ll work to uncover more qualified leads that we can nurture, building the bridge between intent and ABM helping us find, nurture, win and expand accounts.
What we need from you:
- HubSpot Pro: We need someone who’s a whiz with HubSpot! If you're experienced in using HubSpot for CRM, marketing automation, email campaigns, and analytics, we want to hear from you!
- Sales Campaigns: Proven track record of building and executing sales campaigns using data, LinkedIn, and DSP Advertising.
- Website Transformation: Experience owning and transforming company websites, including migrating from WordPress.
- ABM Strategy: Expertise in Account-Based Marketing, with hands-on experience in 1-Few and 1-Many strategies.
- Sales Solutions: Background in solution sales or SaaS sales environments, ideally within a growing organization.
