Salary:
up to £60k basic, 10% annual bonus and share options Location: UK hybrid, would require travel to our London Bridge HQ (we would consider someone to do this role 4 days a week)

About the role As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll lead our dynamic content team, overseeing everything from crafting industry insights to orchestrating our podcast's production and social engagement. Collaborating closely with our Growth and Community Marketing Managers (GMM and CMM), Revenue Operations Manager (Rev Ops), and Sales Team, your role is pivotal in creating compelling multimedia content that captivates prospects and clients, and vividly showcases the ii story. We're committed to delivering personalized, timely content that resonates deeply with our audience.

Our strategy revolves around Demand Generation, where your expertise in maximizing content channels, including advertising, will be crucial. You'll also play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and shining a spotlight on key individuals within our organization, driving our success forward with energy and innovation.


About You You’re naturally a great writer, you know how to engage an audience across both long and short form content. You can interview people and turn it into stories people want to read. You’ll have to be good across written and video editing and it will help if you’re curious and technically minded (as we leverage a lot of technology).

We are a high growth business bucking market trends in a highly competitive industry, which means things move quickly so you need to be comfortable with that. It would help significantly if you’ve worked in a solution sales organisation before.

This role will involve (but not limited to):

  • Own content execution: You will own content as a service across the business, it means you’ll be working closely with the different teams in growth and the wider business to support outreach, engagement, social profiling and creating assets.
  • Own content strategy: Whilst being responsible for the delivery of content, you’ll also work with the entire business to look at how do we do more and do it better, you’ll ensure we are at the very forefront of our market and recognised as leaders.
  • Use Generative AI: We are developing our own content tool that will leverage GAI to enable you to do more by leveraging your expertise. You’ll have to be comfortable with AI and there is an expectation to develop this further (with support) over time.
  • Support Sales & executives: A big part of the role is working with sales (directly) to help with the co-creation of posts, articles and insights that prospects will find relevant. Additionally, you’ll work with the Exec team to help them grow their personal brand and to develop several thought leaders within the business. This will be blogs, articles, posts and helpful guides.
  • Turn research into content: Part of our engagement strategy is to produce thought leadership, you’ll own the production of whitepapers (short and long), research papers and other assets.
  • Support Website content: The overarching website will be owned by the GMM, but you’ll play a key role in generating SEO optimised content. You’ll be combining text, graphics, photos, live photos and video.
  • Own Podcast production & distribution: We record 2 podcasts a week, these need edited (we have a team for this), distributed and cut into social clips. The content should also be repurposed for wider ii activity. You’ll own this.
  • Measure content performance: Working with the Rev Ops manager to establish and measure and analyse the performance of the content.

  • Own our awards submissions: You’ll work closely with our GMM and CMM to identify award which we should be entering and as you’ll have the best view across the business, you’ll own the process for creating winning submissions.
  • Own Case Studies: You’ll own the strategy and the delivery, you’ll ensure we have accurate and up to date case studies of the work we do, you’ll interview our delivery teams, and you’ll produce the end result. You’ll support new client win communications and get as many video testimonials as you can.

What we need from you:

  • Creative Writing & Highly Proficient Editor (Copywriting): Passionate about crafting compelling narratives and refining content to perfection.
  • Created Multi-Media Assets: Collaborated closely with design teams to produce dynamic visual and textual content, leveraging cutting-edge tools like Turtl for engaging multimedia presentations.
  • Expertise in Generative AI: Well-versed in the innovative applications of Generative AI for content creation, enhancing efficiency and creativity in storytelling.
  • SEO Mastery: Proficient in SEO strategies and techniques to maximize content visibility and engagement across digital platforms.
  • Produced Actionable Industry Insights: Generated valuable industry insights through meticulous research and analysis, translating complex data into actionable strategies and compelling narratives.
