Job Description

Our Mission

We're not your average benefits platform; we're the unordinary force that uplifts people's lives. Our technology is the link that connects the entire benefits ecosystem, creating better outcomes for employers, employees, brokers, and providers.

Our mission is clear: we're here to create a world where everything operates at its very best, ensuring that every employee receives the support they need to live life to the fullest, both at work and beyond.

Your Mission

As Ben's Growth Marketing Manager, you'll be at the helm of turbocharging our growth by overseeing our Growth Backlog and innovating across the marketing funnel—from optimising landing pages to crafting compelling ad creatives. You'll expand our reach in key channels like paid search and social, leading CRO efforts for optimal ROI. Managing performance marketing campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, you're tasked with boosting customer acquisition and revenue. You'll also refine our Growth Tracker, leveraging analytics to enhance campaign strategies.

At the core, you're fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision making, streamlining our marketing for peak performance.

Things you will be working on:

  • Develop and own our Growth Backlog, and systematically generate and execute on tests across the entire marketing funnel. This will range from landing page optimisations to improve conversion, to testing ad creatives to generate more leads, or smoke testing a creative new initiative to validate hypotheses

  • Find scale in current channels by broadening our marketing efforts in paid search and paid social, and drive our CRO initiatives across the entire funnel to maximise ROI from our digital marketing efforts.

  • Develop and manage comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across Google and Linkedin to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and deliver ROAS targets. Own the creative briefing process, testing roadmap and budget allocations across these channels.

  • Own and develop our Growth tracker, and implement rigorous data analysis leveraging multiple sources of data (GA, FullStory, Hubspot and more) to measure the performance of marketing campaigns and channels, and identify opportunities for optimisation.

  • Continue to foster a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and data-driven decision making within the wider marketing team to ensure high performance and maximum efficiency.

You will love this role if you have…

  • Proven experience in growth and digital marketing, with a strong focus on cross platform CRO, and paid advertising across Google and Linkedin in particular.

  • A track record of having successfully scaled and optimised channels over time.

  • Deeply analytical, with the ability to use data to inform decisions and drive growth.

  • Intellectually curious with a passion for driving growth through innovation and experimentation.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead cross-functional projects, with excellent project management skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of various advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and experience managing significant (6+ figure annual) advertising budgets.

  • Creative thinker with a test-and-learn mentality and an agile approach to marketing strategy and execution.
