Client Services Director
Hybrid role: 2 days a week onsite in London

The Role:
As a Client Services Director, your role will be to own and develop the Talent Acquisition strategy for your portfolio of clients. You will be a key strategic partner to executive stakeholders delivering improvements and innovations to enable them to achieve business goals. As an expert in service delivery, you will also present solutions to prospective clients during the sales process. You will have world-class stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team through driving innovation, continuous feedback, and coaching. You will be a thought, culture, and behavioural leader within the Instant Impact community.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Enablement
- Planning and running the implementation of new partnerships
- Building strong relationships with all the key stakeholders, decision-makers, influencers, and C-suite personnel
- Accountable for partnership performance and delivering to SLAs, ensuring clear objectives are set for every partnership and they are met (or exceeded)
- Developing and delivering core Instant Impact expertise in the TA space and embedding our best practise methodology
- Ensuring that we are innovating and driving every client towards their version of world class talent acquisition (within their budget)
Team Leadership & Development
- Managing your team of Talent Acquisition Managers and Talent Acquisition Leads (and perhaps Talent Acquisition Partners as required) to ensure high performance of them and their teams
- Supporting your TAL’s and TAM’s ongoing development through high-quality coaching and regular constructive feedback
- Conducting skills gap analysis against future needs, creating development and succession plans for team and hiring to increase talent density
- Active contribution to the wider ii community, including:
- sharing best practices, ideas, and results from partnerships
- running internal coaching/training sessions
- adding to our culture and embodying the values and behaviours of ii
Improvement & Opportunity Development
- Always communicating effectively with key client stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers, as well as internally within II on goals and objectives
- Playing a key role in creating and delivering our proposal during sales meetings
- Defining, project managing and promoting strategic improvement plans for each client’s talent acquisition and wider people & HR improvement plans
- Identifying, engaging and project managing the extra internal and external expertise you need to deliver your improvement plan
- Champions and drives internal innovation and improvement within Instant Impact. Leads internal improvement projects and promotes continuous learning across the business
What we need from you
- Excellent breadth of knowledge across all areas of TA built on rock-solid recruitment fundamentals
- You are a world-class people manager, client manager, and project manager within Talent Acquisition who quickly builds trusting relationships with everyone you work with
- You have experience in managing budgets for service delivery and projects and measuring and demonstrating ROI both internally and externally
- Experienced people developer capable of identifying areas of development and implementing coaching techniques focused on developing these areas
- Self-aware and conscious of your own development needs. You have a curious ‘want to know more’ mindset
- Very organised and tech-savvy – with impeccable action follow-through and process control
- Ability and desire to learn, adapt and innovate
- Comfortable delivering ‘core’ Instant Impact expertise with good experience delivering improvement projects within Talent Acquisition
