In this role you will be working a "core vertical" in the Contract Technology space (Austin Fraser brand), and will have ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, building specialist candidate and client communities, and delivering meaningful career opportunities to candidates while supporting clients in attracting the best talent!
🔸 You take ownership & responsibility for your dedicated market and build "your business" from the ground up
🔸Recruiting & Headhunting. You actively and creatively search for candidates in your dedicated market via social media and job portals.
🔸 Lead Generation & New Business Development. You approach potential clients on the phone, via email or social media (Cold Acquisition).
🔸 Account Management. You work very closely with your clients to understand their staffing needs and find the most suitable candidates.
🔸 You are a Brand Ambassador and represent AF/AV and our services to new and/or existing clients.
🔸 Your daily routine will consist of communication at all levels - be it on the phone, contract negotiations, sourcing candidates or clients via social media.
What you bring with:
🔹 Previous experience in 360° Recruitment in an agency is a must ideally with a strong passion for sales & business development.
