We are Austin International, a global specialist staffing agency. 

Established in 2007, we’ve been celebrating 15 years of building incredible careers and counting, with over 250+ employees, across the UK, Germany and the USA, and we’re only just getting started.

Deeply embedded in our cities & communities, we enable incredible careers to be built, and our brands Austin Fraser, and Austin Vita deliver the best Technology and MedTech talent across the globe.

Flexible working approach

In September 2020 we launched our Flex Appeal, taking a crucial step to becoming a truly flexible place to work. Our people can now work their contracted hours whenever and from wherever it best suits them. We don't have set hours, and our employees can design their working day to fit around their life commitments. We followed this up with the launch of Flex Away in Feb 2021, an unlimited holiday policy that all staff can enjoy. We know that our teams are our biggest asset, and we provide each employee with the opportunity to have a completely flexible approach both inside and outside of work.
