Flexible working at Austin International
In September 2020 we launched our FlexAppeal, taking a crucial step to becoming a truly flexible place to work. Our people can work their contracted hours whenever and from wherever it best suits them. We don't have set hours, and our employees can design their working day to fit around their life commitments. We followed this up with the launch of FlexAway in Feb 2021, an unlimited holiday policy that all staff can enjoy. We know that our teams are our biggest asset, and we provide each employee with the opportunity to have a completely flexible approach both inside and outside of work.
