We’re looking for a superbly Wild Influencer Marketing Marketing Manager (USA) to join and lead our USA Influencer Team.

This role is for a sales-savvy marketer with a passion for influencer marketing. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brand presence in the US. This is a great opportunity to take responsibility and push your own initiatives in a high-growth environment. We are looking for a self-starter who can juggle tasks and drive results to ensure Wild is generating strong new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

📓Some of your daily responsibilities:

  • US Expansion: you will be leading our expansion into the US, taking ownership of the US influencer market.

  • Campaigns: You will be responsible for end to end influencer campaigns with the goal of driving sales and revenue. You will receive quarterly budgets and targets to help push and excel your growth

  • Relationship management: you are responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with Wilds biggest US creators, agencies, and other talent partners

  • New business: you will be working to unlock large sponsorship deals, owning influencer campaigns, owning budgets, and exceeding revenue targets. The predominant metric

  • Numbers: You will have a strong understanding of key metrics that drive performance, and can use data to understand how to optimise our strategy further.

  • Quality: you will deliver key process & workflow improvements to level up team performance, and will be responsible for ensuring quality content is always delivered form our talent partners.

  • People Management: You will be responsible for the growth, and performance against key metrics of your direct reports.

🚀 What we need from you:

  • US Market: Have a good understanding of the US influencer market, ideally with 2-3+ years of experience working with influencers at another DTC brand. You have experience working with US talent and agencies, with a proven track record of delivering great campaigns and fostering great relationships.

  • Sales Experience: We are looking for someone that has sales experience (preferably +1 year), a great negotiator with the ability to drive the best ROI for the business.

  • Entrepreneurial: We’re looking for an entrepreneurial and agile working environment, and are open to getting stuck into a variety of different projects.

  • Tools: You are familiar with social media platforms, and tools such as shopify and influencer / project management software.

  • Communication: You have strong communication skills, and can share their ambition to inspire their team.
