Wild is such a great and satisfying place to work! Everyone is given a lot of responsibility, the roles are varied and interesting, and not to mention the mission of removing single-use plastic from bathrooms is such an important one. They truly care about building a great culture which encompasses everything from career progression and creating a welcoming work environment.
Wild managers put trust in the team in terms of how we work. I feel comfortable taking time out during the day if/when I need to, knowing that my manager trusts me to work hard and excel in my career with a healthy work/life balance!

Our mission is to be a multinational, multiproduct and multichannel business at the forefront of the refill revolution. Our North Star is to replace 280,000 kgs of single use plastic in Bathrooms across the world in 2023🌟.
Flexible working at Wild
At Wild we believe that in order to get the best out of our employees, we need to encourage trust based relationships. We only hire the best individuals who align with us on our values and mission, so that we know you're going to thrive in the way that works best for you!
We have 3 office days per week, and 2 WFH days to ensure a healthy mix of boosting our company culture and getting our team together, and having some down time to focus from the comfort of home. On top of this, we offer employees additional WFH allowance to take all year round, AND a WFH week between Christmas and NY.
We have core working hours to allow for flex around start and finishing times, because we know not everyone's a morning person!!
We run a diverse range of weekly social hours on Thursdays for some down time with the team, and also have early finish Fridays to enjoy the weekend a little sooner.
Our office is open 5 days a week for any keen beans who enjoy being in the WILD atmosphere, and we're dog enthusiasts so please bring your furry friends in to meet us!
