About this role

We are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to support marketing stakeholders through high-quality analysis, insight generation, and reporting. This role focuses on transforming complex marketing and digital data into meaningful insights that inform decision-making, enhance campaign performance, and improve understanding of customer and account landscapes. You will work closely with business partners, maintain and develop reporting solutions, and contribute to a collaborative analytics community within VOIS.

What you’ll do

  • Manage, clean, and consolidate data from internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and usability.
  • Deliver detailed analyses, reports, and dashboards that support marketing performance and campaign evaluation.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve campaign reporting tools and visualisations.
  • Document tasks, processes, and projects to support transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Oversee and support technical user groups, including Power BI workspaces.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, business partners, and line management to identify information needs and present actionable insights.
  • Deliver marketing enablement sessions to support effective use of dashboards and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to recruitment activities by participating in interviews and supporting the evaluation of practical exercises.

Who you are

  • An analytical professional with at least three years’ experience interpreting trends and patterns in complex datasets.
  • Comfortable working with data manipulation, visualisation, and reporting techniques.
  • Familiar with business intelligence platforms and confident learning new tools and concepts.
  • Experienced in working with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, or social media analytics platforms.
  • Knowledgeable in digital marketing, particularly campaign analytics and marketing funnels.
  • Organised, with strong time management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluent in English, with a degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
