  • Serving as a subject matter expert, you'll provide guidance on analytical approaches, answer complex questions, and mentor junior analysts on technical skills.
  • Your collaboration skills will be essential as you work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, develop analytical plans, and align analytics work with business objectives.
  • The role involves implementing process improvements, documenting methodologies, creating reusable templates, and standardizing analytical approaches to enhance delivery efficiency.
  • You'll proactively identify opportunities for analytics to add value, proposing and leading initiatives that drive performance improvements and suggesting new metrics to track.
  • Staying current with analytics tools and industry trends will be important as you continuously develop skills, apply new techniques, and share knowledge with team members.

ABOUT YOU

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics) or equivalent experience, with proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.
  • You bring strong analytical skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and derive meaningful insights, along with proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
