We’re hiring for a venture building a next-generation blockchain for real-time, large-scale applications, designed to overcome the speed and cost limitations of traditional blockchain infrastructure, the technology is fast, cost-efficient and fully EVM-compatible, enabling developers, creators and communities to build immersive products with greater ownership and interoperability.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Marketing Analyst to turn data into one of the most powerful decision-making tools within the business.
It’s a high-impact role for someone who is marketing native, analytical, and excited by the pace and complexity of Web3. You’ll be working across a fast-moving ecosystem of builders, KOLs, protocols and products, helping turn fragmented data into clear insight and actionable strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll own the analytics that help shape marketing strategy, measure performance and uncover growth opportunities across the ecosystem.
Analyse on-chain data to track protocol activity, user journey and real-time performance trends
Create dashboards and live performance reporting that give marketing, BD and leadership teams a clear view of what matters
Evaluate KOL, creator and content performance, identifying which partnerships and campaigns drive meaningful user growth, retention and volume
Track builder journeys, from documentation and SDK engagement through to live deployment and usage
Support business development with data-backed partner intelligence, shortlist creation and market analysis
Measure the impact of events, launches and ecosystem activity on acquisition, engagement and more
Own regular reporting across key business and marketing metrics, including wallet activity, volume, Total Value Locked (TVL) and more
Monitor the competitive landscape and identify where the product and ecosystem have a competitive edge
Requirements
Strong experience in data analytics ideally within Web3 (across DeFi or L1/L2 ecosystems)
Strong SQL and Python capabilities for advanced analytics, forecasting, and predictive modelling
Proficiency with data visualisation tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
Proficiency in social intelligence and sentiment analysis
Experience tracking the link between marketing clicks, conversions, and deposit data using GTM (server-side) and GA4
