This role is a 12month FTC Mat Cover

Working as a Senior CRO Product Manager, you will be joining the CRO team within the eCommerce division. The team is responsible for optimising the VM Sale digital experience by solving customer problems while achieving business goals, through quick cycles of data-led experiments and innovation, maintaining excellent customer experience.

As a Senior CRO Product Manager, you will be supporting the Optimisation Director on their journey to understand what works well from a customer perspective and excel the team’s value output via implementing efficient ways of working, growth-minded frameworks, and innovative ways of appealing to our customers and meeting ambitious business targets.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Work with the data experts to try and ensure that all product epics and features have a clear line of sight to business value and are aligned to drive performance
  • Managing the workload of teams that consist of developers, designers and data analysts
  • Experience of a customer-centric approach to solve problems and push the boundaries of how we do effective sales to pass on the correct message to our customer base
  • You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on high profile projects, with significant responsibility and visibility
  • Demonstrate the teamwork by creating reports, presentations and prototypes that can effectively communicate customer requirements and opportunities at all levels of the organisation

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Previous experience in digital experimentation and ab testing
  • Be able to understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions
  • Strong communication skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences
  • UX / UI Design knowledge
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycles and agile methodologies
