We are looking for a talented and dedicated Product Owner to join the First Choice Digital team to drive our digital experience forward. You will also work closely with TUI’s global e-commerce services and solutions across all European markets. Ensuring we share best practice and align our roadmaps to maximum re-use.

The Product Owner has vital input to the overall First Choice digital experience, KPI’s design and creation of compelling digital experiences in line with business priorities. This role will be working in close collaboration with Engineering, Delivery, Analytics / SEO leads and UX & UI designers.

We believe that work is something you do not somewhere you go, therefore we are pleased to offer a flexible & hybrid working model for this role. This role can be based in either our Luton, London or Stockton Office

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Help to shape a Product Roadmap that has a clear vision on how to drive success for the digital products based on strategy, insights and value
  • Work as part of a product trio (PO, UX, Engineering) to collaborate on ideas and features, and break these down to deliver value in the most effective way
  • Continuously work within the product team to make trade-off decisions on how best to release a feature, focusing on quality and timely delivery
  • Learn and implement best practice approach to Product Ownership and modern Product Delivery practices
  • As part of the product trio, collaborate on discovery to define problems and opportunities
  • Work with digital analysts and optimization & insights experts to ensure that all product deliverables have a clear line of sight to business value and are prioritized to deliver maximum commercial benefit from development time
  • Run experiments to draw the right insights and drive ideas to optimise product deliverables
  • Work with stakeholders in complex environments to uncover dependencies and generate the best solutions to deliver value quickly
  • Ability to understand the future vision of the product and work closely with the product trio to create a technical plan to achieve this

ABOUT YOU

  • Customer focused with passion for digital customer experience and technology
  • An understanding of Agile, and able to take ownership of a product and support its entire lifecycle
  • Able to understand user feedback and analytics and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of A/B and Multi Variant Testing testing
  • Good commercial and decision making skills, able to input into Ideation and Roadmaps.
  • Numerical, able to understand quantitative and qualitative data from tools such as Adobe, ContentSquare and customer research and use this data naturally to generate insights and ideas
  • An understanding of the importance of user experience and collaborating with the UX Lead within the Product Team.
