About the role

You'll be joining the CRO team within the eCommerce division. This team is responsible for optimising the VM Sale digital experience by solving customer problems while achieving business goals, through quick cycles of data-led experiments and innovation, maintaining excellent customer experience.

Supporting the Optimisation Digital Lead on their journey to understand what works well from a customer perspective and excel the team’s value output via implementing efficient ways of working, growth-minded frameworks and innovative ways of appealing to our customers and meeting ambitious business targets.

You will support in improving the overall digital customer experience; focusing largely on experimenting with new journeys, creating best in class experiences for customers while reducing their need to call.

You’ll be encouraged to have a very high level of data understanding. Crafting effective success metrics and analysing insights to validate an array of hypothesis which will be instrumental for your success in the role.

You will be forward-thinking , high energy and will show a dedication to improving our digital customer experience for good. You’ll need to get going quickly, be proactive and strong at problem-solving. You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on high profile projects, with significant responsibility and visibility.

Communication is key! Be flexible in adapting your roadmap to address here and now. Listen and learn adapting to the transformation journey. Demonstrate the teamwork by creating reports, presentations and prototypes that can effectively communicate customer requirements and opportunities at all levels of the organisation.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proven experience in leading a cross functional team as product owner/optimisation manager with a strong understanding of product lifecycles and agile methodologies
  • AB Testing experience and be able to understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions
  • Web Analytics experience ( Be able to understand quantitative and qualitative data from various tools (GA4, Optimizely, ContentSquare, Zeotap)
  • Have a proven track record of solving customers problems through experimentation in the ecommerce field
  • Strong interpersonal skills to provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to the right audiences
