Job Description
As a Campaign Marketing Manager within our Revenue and Go-To-Market team, you will take ownership of integrated, demand-led campaigns that drive growth across our Wholesale Fixed business. This is a commercially focused role where you will shape product and proposition campaign strategies, turn insight into action and ensure every activity is aligned to clear business priorities and delivers measurable impact in key markets.
You will lead campaigns from concept through to optimisation, working across digital and offline channels working closely with product, sales, pricing, strategy and data teams, you will bring campaigns to life through strong collaboration, confident stakeholder management and rigorous performance measurement, while also owning delivery through HubSpot and managing external agencies to high standards.

The must haves
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end B2B marketing or integrated campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign planning, execution, targeting and measurement
• Experience running multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline channels
• Commercial mindset with the ability to use data and insight to inform decisions
• Ability to translate complex products and propositions into clear, compelling messaging
The other stuff we are looking for
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Exposure to CMS, paid social, SEO and sales prospecting tools
• Experience working with external agencies and multiple internal stakeholders
• Background in fast-paced, change-oriented environments
• Degree-level qualification in marketing, business or equivalent experience
