About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Campaign Operations Specialist to support the execution and optimization of our marketing campaigns. This early-career role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-growing company. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in making sure campaigns are launched correctly, leads are tracked accurately, and revenue can be attributed to marketing’s impact.

You’ll work hands-on with Marketo, Salesforce, and Asana to help launch, promote and track campaigns, primarily focusing on event marketing. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations on a global Marketing Operations team.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and launch marketing campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, focusing on field events, trade shows and some batch email sends. This includes building landing pages, emails, forms and process workflows (smart campaigns).

  • Sync and manage campaign data between Marketo and Salesforce

  • Set up campaign tracking and UTMs

  • Test campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and deliverability

  • Use Asana to manage campaign timelines, tasks, and approvals

  • Execute against deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed on time, launching an average of twenty campaigns per month

  • Effectively communicate with stakeholders, which include both global field marketing and corporate events

What You Bring

  • Basic familiarity with Marketo, or similar tools; training will be provided

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong attention to detail and organization

  • Ability to follow documented processes and work with technical systems

  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience building and launching campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce, or similar tools

  • Familiarity with Asana or other project management software

  • Understanding of event marketing, digital marketing, email marketing, or lead generation

  • Internship or prior marketing experience

This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver office, with in-office days Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
