Job Description

Joining the TGBS Finance Team as P2P Team Leader, you will collaborate with the P2P activities within the TGBS to provide a high level of service for internal and external customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • As P2P team leader you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the business.
  • You`ll support and maintain the Supplier accounts management, servicing the Markets&Airlines entities and businesses and assist the P2P Manager with the supervisory activities in accordance with the organization´s policies.
  • You will analyse supplier aged items, supplier risk, debtor balances, accruals and review prepayment and deposit requests.
  • You will ensure that payment proposals are executed timely and accurately and perform reconciliation and integrity checks.
  • Additionally, you will address complaints, resolve issues and propose improvements for the business.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, communicate effectively, and proposing improvements of any identified issues on supplier accounts will be further tasks of your role.
  • Your responsibilities will also include interviewing and training employees and team members, team management and development support, providing ongoing support and advise to the team.

ABOUT YOU

  • Business University degree advantageous
  • Experience in a similar position with a minimum of three years developing administration skills and supplier management
  • Previous Team management experience preferred
  • Strong Excel skills, and ability to use MS Office tools
  • Someone with proven numeric skills and financial acumen
  • A methodical, organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks
  • Previous experience with ERP tool – SAP, Dynamics advantageous
  • Good communication skills are essential
  • Excellent level of English is mandatory, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous
