Job Description

The role will be responsible for the processing of incoming invoices and credit notes as well as the posting of commission credit notes and tour operator invoices. This includes providing excellent customer service whilst meeting service level agreements.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Process incoming invoices and credit notes in a timely manner, to meet daily, weekly
    & monthly deadlines
  • Ensure all invoices are processed with appropriate authorisation
  • Resolve all queries and issues
  • Daily checks in SAP and clear any open items
  • In case of missing payments or documentation, communicate with tour operators and
    travel agencies via email (in German)
  • Join regular meetings with TLTS Neuss to identify any challenges or blockers to ensure
    meeting the operational requirements
  • Perform other adhoc activities as deemed necessary

ABOUT YOU

  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and oral
  • Intermediate German language skills, both written and oral
  • MS Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Self-organized approach towards the execution of the assigned tasks
  • System skills: SAP or similar ERP system
