Job Description

Join TUI BLUE Hotels as an Expert Payables & Receivables, where you will be owner of our payables and receivables workflow. You will be responsible for the creation and documentation of necessary receipts you will be as well a pivotal role in advancing our existing processes, enabling our TUI BLUE brands growth strategy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Order to Cash (O2C): Creation of purchase orders and invoices as well as documentation
  • Quote to Cash (Q2C): Creation of invoices according to contracts as well as documentation
  • Contract management: Ownership of our contract data
  • International Coordination: Key account to our international team to support questions regards O2C and Q2C processes
  • Process Optimization: Hands on mentality to change existing processes to drive efficiency
  • Reporting: Business Partner to Controlling by providing vital insights

ABOUT YOU

  • Educational Background: Degree in business administration, economics, tourism management, or a related field. Prior experience in accounting and controlling is advantageous.
  • Financial Reporting Experience: Preferably experienced in with account receivables and payables
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Tableau or HFM/Oracle is desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and German. Intercultural experience is advantageous.
  • Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, resilience in time-sensitive situations, a results-oriented approach, and meticulous work ethic. Exhibit a high level of commitment and a collaborative team spirit.
