Join us as a Accounts Payable Reporting Analyst within TUI Global Business Services – TUI Musement (TUI MM), where you´ll provide a high level of service for internal and external customers.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Accounts Payable Reporting Analyst you´ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting financial controls as well as providing timely, comprehensive and accurate financial information back to the business.

  • Prepare and analyse monthly reports using SAP and Asterix systems, including debtor risk assessments, prepayment management, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Perform monthly closing tasks
  • Identify, recommend, and drive continuous process improvement and automation, develop reporting dashboards
  • Implement P2P processes and centralise of tasks
  • Process analysis and GAP identifications, support and development
  • Documentation of processes
  • Training and support of our process and systems to our hubs in another countries

ABOUT YOU

  • Business University degree advantageous
  • Experience in a similar position with experience in developing analytical skills
  • Strong data management skills : Power BI, MS Excel, MS PPT.
  • Proven numerical skills and financial acumen
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project
  • Previous experience with a ERP tool – SAP advantageous and systems Asterix/Atlas
  • Excellent level of English and Spanish mandatory, both written and verbal. Any additional language advantageous
