ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Youâll sell a pain killer (not a vitamin) to SMBs who lack the internal expertise or resources to solve data protection themselves.
- Youâll manage the full 360 sales cycle closing deals ranging from ÂŁ20-ÂŁ50k ACV.
- Youâll place a big emphasis on prospecting - your pipeline will consist of 70% outbound and 30% inbound deals.
- Youâll use our proven sales playbook to identify, manage, and close deals, and proactively contribute to improving it.
- Youâll work closely with the Head of Revenue to develop your consultative sales skills and product knowledge.
- Youâll be expected to close 2 deals per month (depending on ACV) once youâre fully ramped up.
- Youâll engage with multiple senior stakeholders throughout the sales process - especially COOs and CEOs.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 5+ years of sales experience with 3 years closing ÂŁ30k+ ACV deals
- An SDR background - you are competent at prospecting and comfortable in a role that requires 70%+ outbound sourced pipeline
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - especially when engaging with C-suite
- Charisma - youâre able to make a seemingly boring topic interesting
- A structured and process-oriented approach to selling
- Ability to work independently from home and able to commute to London to co-work 1-2 days per week
- Natural curiosity with strong questioning skills
