Job Description
📍 Location - hybrid role, based 2 days a week at our office in East London (right by Aldgate East), the other 3 days from home or office, it’s up to you!
✨ This role would ideally suit someone with solid account management experience in a SaaS/ Proptech/ Property environment.
Our mission:
- Two in five people in the UK rent their homes. Goodlord's mission? To provide them with the best renting experience in the world 🌎
- We started Goodlord because we wanted to make renting simple and transparent for everyone involved: the agent, the landlord, and the tenant. We knew Generation Rent would lead to more tenants, with higher digital expectations and we were confident we could provide a solution đźŹ
- Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350 Goodlordians supporting the mission! 💚
The Opportunity:
- Managing your own customer portfolio, focusing on identifying commercial opportunities for growth to deliver revenue into the business
- Supporting our customers in maximising their benefit from the products and services they choose to use with us
- Develop quality relationships with decision makers, key influencers and users within our agent’s offices and branches
- Upselling additional product features and longer contracts to existing clients
What we need from you:
- You have previous experience working in an account management or a customer success role
- You can demonstrate your commercial experience and your ability to provide a consultative approach to customer relationships, upsell and feature adoption
- You can provide clear examples in your existing role where you have consistently have a proven track record of delivery of customer objectives, and growth of those customers as a result
- You are comfortable with working within in a performance-driven and targeted environment
